The estimates price assumes that the house is in normal sanitary conditions, in case there is any unusual activity to be carried out to develop quality work (such as excess dirt, paint, splashes, scratched, walls, excessive removal of garbage, mold, etc...) we will charge extra for the work. We will not start working without your consent. If you do not agree with the price change, we will not be able to carry out the work.
